进口球阀使用说明书

一 用途Application

球阀是一种管线阀门产品，用于接通或截断管路中的介质。一般是处于全开或全关状态，在微开状态下可作流量的调节使用。广泛适用于工况条件下水、气、油品等介质的各种管路中。

Ball valve is pipeline valve, used for connecting or cutting off medium in the pipelines. Normally it is at the state of opening or closing. And it could function as regulating the flow when it is at the state of slightly open. It is used on the pipeline such as water, gas, oil etc.

压力等级： Class150； Class300； Class600； Pressure: Class150； Class300； Class600； 公称尺寸：NPS 2 ～NPS24； Nominal Size: NPS 2 ～NPS24

阀体材料： ASTM A216 WCB； ASTM A351 CF8； Body Material:ASTM A216 WCB；ASTM A351 CF8；

产品的设计、制造按API6D的规定；检查试验按API6D的规定；法兰连接尺寸按 ASME B16.5的规定；结构长度按API6D的规定；

三 作用原理及结构特点 Working Principal and Structural Features

1 作用原理：通过手柄或蜗轮带动阀杆和球体旋转90°，以达到密封副之间的开启和关

闭。 Working principal: Drive the shaft and ball rotate 90 degree through operating the lever, to

reach the openness and closeness of the seats. 2 结构特点：Structural features

a 结构形式：螺栓连接阀体、阀盖，螺栓连接压盖的浮动球和固定球阀。 Structural feature: Bolted body, bolted bonnet, bolted gland floating ball valve and trunnion ball valve. b 操作方式：手轮和蜗轮操作。

Operation mode: handwheel and gear operation.

c 连接形式：凸面法兰连接。 Connection form: Raised Flange (RF)

d 密封面采用聚四氟乙烯（PTFE），耐磨，耐腐蚀、抗冲刷性好、密封可靠、使用寿

命长。 Sealing face adopts PTFE, anti-friction, anti-corrosion, anti-abrasion, good sealing, long

service life. e 采用聚四氟乙烯填料环，密封可靠，操作轻便灵活。 Adopt PTFE packing ring, good sealing and easy operation. f 阀体、盖之间垫片采用聚四氟乙烯材料，密封可靠。

Gasket between valve body and bonnet is PTFE, good sealing.

g 阀门通道为全径直通式，故流体阻力小。

Valve cavity is Full port straight type, the fluid resistance is very small.
